Mary Peters, C.c.c

Masters of Counselling, Briercrest Seminary

Mary has a Masters of Counselling degree through Briercrest Seminary. She has also trained with the Neufeld Institute in attachment-based developmental approach through their Intensives. Portrayed by friends, family and clients as kind, insightful and a good listener. Mary values the uniqueness of each individual and the strength that comes when collaborating with those who desire support, while building a confidential and trusting relationship. As relationships are one of the most meaningful supports in life, they are at times also the most challenging. Mary is here to offer support through the dilemmas of relational struggles, anxiety, addictions, and trauma. Some of her deepest satisfaction comes when parents and children build deep attachments through insight with support in therapy, which allows for maturation to unfold. Mary enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, her children and grandchildren, as well as exploring the outdoors through walks, biking and travelling.

Joyce Sule

Master of Arts in Counselling,

Joyce is convinced that we are so much more than our struggles. Trauma, grief and thoughts can cause us much distress and suffering. A sense of powerlessness can also make us lose hope that change is possible. Hope can be revived. As a trained counsellor, she works from the persuasion that we have the capacity to heal from our hurts. Her multi-theoretical approach is framed in multicultural sensitivity and strengthened by client-centred, strength-based, holistic modalities. When she’s not working Joyce enjoys travelling, taking long walks, fitness and tête-à-têtes.
